    Oven Bake

    1. Take the pork out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.

    2. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

    3. Remove all packaging and place on a lined baking tray. Lightly drizzle or spray with oil.

    4. Place in oven onto the middle rack and cook as per recommended times below.

    5. Remove from the oven when cooked to your liking and rest under foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

     

    BBQ

    1. Remove pork from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.

    2. Preheat the barbeque plate on low heat.

    3. Remove pork from packaging and lightly drizzle or spray with oil.

    4. Place pork directly onto the grill plate and cook with hood lowered as per recommended times below, turning once.

    5. Remove from the grill when cooked to your liking and rest under foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

     

    AIR FRYER

    1. Set air fryer to 180°C.

    2. Portion the pork loin to fit into the basket of the air fryer.

    3. Cook for 20 minutes per 500g or until cooked through and the juices run clear.

    4. Remove the pork loin from the air fryer and transfer to cutting board. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving.

     

    Cooking times per kilogram:

    Rare: 40 mins

    Medium: 45-50 mins

    Well done: 50-60 mins
