What side dishes pair well with the Smokey Chipotle Pulled Pork?
Smokey Chipotle Pulled Pork pairs well with fresh, flavourful sides that complement its rich smokiness and hint of spice. Try serving it with salsa and soft tacos, rice and beans for a hearty meal, or alongside a fresh slaw. It also works well as a topping for pizza.
What drinks pair well with the pulled pork?
The smoky, slightly spicy flavour of the pulled pork works well with refreshing drinks that help balance the richness. Try serving it with sparkling water, lemonade, iced tea or a citrus-based soft drink.
How can I prevent my pulled pork from drying out?
Avoid overheating the pulled pork, as cooking it for too long can cause it to dry out. Stir the sauce through the pork while heating and, if needed, add a small amount of broth or stock to bring back some moisture. Any juices or sauce left in the cooking dish can also be mixed back through before serving.
