COOKING NOTES
Make gourmet at home with this ready-to-heat smokey chipotle pulled pork pizza, grilled broccolini complete with a fresh hit of pineapple!
INGREDIENTS
2 shop-bought pizza dough balls (or a ready-made base if that’s your preference)
1x 450g pack of Linley Valley Pork Smokey Chipotle Ready-to-Heat Pulled Pork
½ bunch broccolini
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup pineapple pieces
1/2 cup grated cheddar
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 large balls mozzarella
METHOD
- Bring the dough balls to room temperature and roll out until round and flat. If not using dough, lay your ready-made bases onto a pizza oven tray.
- Toss the broccolini in olive oil and salt, and grill until charred to your liking.
- Prepare the Smokey Chipotle Pulled Pork as per the instructions on the box.
- While the pulled pork is heating through, top the pizza base with the cheddar and parmesan cheese – the pulled pork is very saucy, so we don’t need to use any additional sauce in this recipe.
- On top of the cheese mixture spread the cherry tomatoes, pineapple pieces, and broccolini to cover the base.
- Spread pulled pork generously over the pizza bases.
- Tear off chunks of the mozzarella balls and place over the pizza.
- Place into a preheated 200C oven until cooked to your liking.
- Slice and enjoy!
