Oven Roasted
1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C conventional or 160°C fan-forced.
2. Place ribs on an oven-proof tray in a single layer. Cover with foil then bake for 2 hours or until meat falls apart with little effort.
3. Remove the ribs from the oven and serve.
