- PRE-HEAT OVEN GRILL TO 180°C OR MED-HIGH HEAT.
- REMOVE STRING AND SEPARATE CRACKLING FROM ROAST.
- PLACE SKIN SIDE UP ONTO LINED BAKING TRAY.
- GRILL FOR 2-5 MINS, OR UNTIL SKIN IS BLISTERED (WATCH CAREFULLY).
- REST FOR 2 MINS.
- REMOVE STRING AND SEPARATE CRACKLING FROM ROAST.
- PLACE SKIN SIDE UP INTO LINED AIR FRYER BASKET.
- AIR FRY AT 200°C FOR 5-8 MINS, OR UNTIL SKIN IS BLISTERED.
- REST FOR 2 MINS.
