Oven
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C conventional / 180°C fan forced.
2. Empty contents of the pack into an oven safe dish.
3. Stir pork to distribute sauce and cover with foil. Place the dish in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Remove foil and cook uncovered for a further 5 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven to serve, pulling the meat further if desired.
Microwave (1000W)
1. Remove the contents of the pack into a microwave safe dish.
2. Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway through heating.
3. Once pork is piping hot throughout, serve immediately.
