450g of Linley Valley Pork BBQ Pulled Pork
200g of Bacon
1 pack of ready-made pancake mix
Maple syrup and butter to serve
Barbeque Pulled Pork Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Using ready-made pancake mix add water as per instructions, place mix on pan orgrill
- Flip pancakes when you see bubbles starting to form
- Grill bacon, remove pork from the bag and heat pork on a grill or pan for 10-20mins
- Make for pancake stack using pulled pork layers
- Add bacon, butter and maple syrup to garnish
