Barbeque Pulled Pork Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

450g of Linley Valley Pork BBQ Pulled Pork
200g of Bacon
1 pack of ready-made pancake mix
Maple syrup and butter to serve

METHOD

  1. Using ready-made pancake mix add water as per instructions, place mix on pan orgrill
  2. Flip pancakes when you see bubbles starting to form
  3. Grill bacon, remove pork from the bag and heat pork on a grill or pan for 10-20mins
  4. Make for pancake stack using pulled pork layers
  5. Add bacon, butter and maple syrup to garnish
