Oven
1. Take the pork out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.
2. Pre-heat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
3. Remove all packaging and place pork on a lined baking tray. Lightly drizzle or spray with oil.
4. Place in the oven onto the middle rack and cook for 25 minutes per 500g or until cooked through and the juices run clear.
5. Remove from the oven and rest under foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Air Fryer
1. Take the pork out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.
2. Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C.
3. Remove all packaging and portion the pork to fit in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Place the pork in the air fryer basket, lightly drizzle or spray with oil, and cook for 30 minutes per 500g or until cooked through and the juices run clear.
5. Remove from the air fryer and rest under foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
