The easiest way to cook, is not to! This tasty recipe features quick and easy premade products so that you can have a delicious, fun meal on the table – fast! Pick up our ready-to-heat barbecue pulled pork and a bottle of pancake mix, and you’re good to go.

INGREDIENTS

1x 450g pack of Linley Valley Pork Barbecue Pulled Pork
200g of streaky bacon
1 pack of ready-made pancake mix
Maple syrup and butter to serve

METHOD

  1. Using ready-made pancake mix add water and cook as per instructions.
  2. Flip pancakes when you see bubbles starting to form.
  3. In a second pan, while pancakes are cooking, grill bacon until crispy and caramelised to your preference.
  4. Prepare ready-to-heat pulled pork as per instructions on box.
  5. Once pancakes are ready, and the pulled pork is heated through, start creating your stack!
  6. Layer one pancake, then a helping of pulled pork until you reach your desired height.
  7. Finish with bacon, butter and maple syrup to garnish.
