Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Craig Mostyn Group and its related entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
To be eligible, entrants must complete the registration form in full and provide a genuine answer to the question. Incomplete entries or those deemed not to meet this requirement may be disqualified at CMG’s discretion.
2. How to Enter
The competition begins on Saturday, 27 September 2025 and ends on Saturday 4 September 2025 at noon.
To enter, participants must:
1. Complete the official entry form.
2. Provide a response (100 words or less) to the skill-based question: “What is your favourite dish and why?” or other program-relevant question as listed.
3. Accurately complete all required fields.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Judging & Prize
The competition is a game of skill. The winner will be selected based on the creativity, relevance, and clarity of their answer by an internal judging panel from the Craig Mostyn Group.
No element of chance will be used in determining the winner.
The prize includes:
– One (1) Cooking Lesson for the winner and their guest, at their home with Chef Scott Bridger.
– One (1) CMG Marketing Pack (including branded hat and stubby holders)
The total prize pool is valued at approximately $2000.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.
4. Minimum Entry Requirement
A minimum of 10 valid, eligible entries must be received during the competition period in order for the prize to be awarded.
If fewer than 10 eligible entries are received, Craig Mostyn Group reserves the right not to award the prize and may choose to cancel or defer the promotion.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided in the entry form within 14 days of the competition closing.
6. Publicity Consent
By entering, participants consent to Craig Mostyn Group and its entities using their name and/or supplied content for promotional purposes, including social media, print, and digital.
7. Privacy
All personal information collected through the entry form will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and for potential future communications relevant to the competition.
Data will not be shared with third parties outside of Craig Mostyn Group.
8. General Conditions
CMG reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
CMG reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
9. Limitation of Liability
CMG accepts no responsibility for technical issues, errors, or failures that may affect entry submissions or the judging process.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Agreement
By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
