Scotch Fillet

Scotch Fillet is an economical tender cut, full of flavour. This cut is ideal for a summer barbecue, or frying in a pan or griddle.
  • Cooking instructions

    Pan-fry / BBQ
    1. Pre-heat a pan, griddle pan or BBQ plate until very hot.
    2. Cook the pork scotch fillet steaks for 6 minutes on one side without turning.
    3. Turn the pork over and cook for 3 more minutes.
    4. Transfer the pork to a plate, cover with foil and set aside for 2 minutes to rest before serving.
