Pork Loin Steak
Pork loin steaks are a leaner cut, while still packed with flavour. Loin steaks are ideal for searing, grilling or barbecuing over high heat.

Pan-fry / BBQ
1. Pre-heat a pan, griddle pan or BBQ plate until very hot.
2. Cook the pork loin steaks for 6 minutes on one side without turning.
3. Turn the pork over and cook for 3 more minutes.
4. Transfer the pork to a plate, cover with foil and set aside for 2 minutes to rest before serving.
