Our new Ready-to-Heat Pulled Pork is the key to this tasty, easy and FAST midweek dinner. While they may be easy, these tacos are not short on flavour – choose from Barbecue or Smokey Chipotle Pulled Pork and combine with your favourite toppings.
To add an extra layer of flavour, heat your Pulled Pork in a pan on a high heat with plenty of oil until caramelised!
INGREDIENTS
1x 450g pack of Barbecue or Smokey Chipotle Ready-to-Heat Pulled Pork
1 pack soft tacos
1 red onion, sliced and pickled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 tbsp sour cream
1 cup frozen or tinned corn
1 cup iceberg lettuce, washed and shredded
METHOD
- Prepare Pulled Pork according to package instructions.
- While the Pulled Pork is heating through, lay out your taco shells and begin layering your toppings – we recommend spreading sour cream on the taco base, adding the shredded lettuce and then layering on the other ingredients.
- Once your pork is warmed through, add to the top of the tacos and serve!
