Our new Ready-to-Heat Pulled Pork is the key to this tasty, easy and FAST midweek dinner. While they may be easy, these tacos are not short on flavour – choose from Barbecue or Smokey Chipotle Pulled Pork and combine with your favourite toppings.

To add an extra layer of flavour, heat your Pulled Pork in a pan on a high heat with plenty of oil until caramelised!

INGREDIENTS

1x 450g pack of Barbecue or Smokey Chipotle Ready-to-Heat Pulled Pork
1 pack soft tacos
1 red onion, sliced and pickled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 tbsp sour cream
1 cup frozen or tinned corn
1 cup iceberg lettuce, washed and shredded

METHOD

  1. Prepare Pulled Pork according to package instructions.
  2. While the Pulled Pork is heating through, lay out your taco shells and begin layering your toppings – we recommend spreading sour cream on the taco base, adding the shredded lettuce and then layering on the other ingredients.
  3. Once your pork is warmed through, add to the top of the tacos and serve!
